I offer several different options to best serve your needs.

 1. Individual Therapy

  Individual therapy is for children, teens, or adults wishing to address specific concerns. 

 2. Couples Therapy

  Helping couples work through difficult issues, learn how to communicate effectively, and practice life, work and relationship balance. 

 3. Child and Adolescent Therapy

  I offer individual therapy for children ages 2-18 to help with regulating emotions, anxiety, depression, Bipolar, and other challenging experiences.

4. Teletherapy

  In addition to in-person sessions, I also offer a virtual platform to make therapy more accessible for anyone throughout Ontario. 

5. Single Appointment or Consultation

   Sometimes we are just looking for a fresh perspective, and someone impartial to listen. The objective of a single appointment is to focus on a specific issue rather than reviewing a lot of background details that may not be relevant to the current topic.
