I bring over 30 years of experience in the mental health field across a wide range of settings. My educational background includes a Diploma in Child and Youth Work, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Following my graduate studies, I completed four years of advanced clinical training in the United States and previously held the designation of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This was an American qualification that allowed for independent practice at that time.

I no longer hold an LCSW licence, and I do not provide any services restricted to regulated professionals in Ontario. I later earned my Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology in the United States, which informs the educational and consulting services I provide today.
